I have been searching for a blueberry flavored bud that compares to an amazing one I smoked in 2011 ever since, and I’ve finally found it in Blue Lotus, an impressive plant that has the same taste and a great effect! Checking all the boxes with effect and flavor, this plant is an absolute treat. In this cross with Star Pupil, the Blue Pupil highlights the best of both plants. You get the incredible blueberry taste, which is a delicious blueberry with a hint of sourness to it, on large buds with incredible resin. The buds have been turned pink or purple thanks to the Star Pupil, and the high has been enhanced with that incredible pupil headspace added in synergy with the powerful effect of the Blue Lotus. The smell is slightly different than the taste and is more of a sugary berry with some unique funk, but make no mistake, as soon as you taste the smoke of this, it’s the most perfect blueberry flavor around! I am really happy with this flavor, because unlike some other blue lines going around, this has none of the kush, pie, muffin, cookie, or cardboard mixed in, this is just a straight up blueberry with a hint of sour blueberry finish. It’s clean and delicious and really hits the spot! The high is also a great vibe, something I’m always determined to get right. Blue Pupil is a great smoke for any time of the day, it will lift the spirits and squint the eyes, in a dreamy yet active and creative headspace.
